It's hard to say what stands out most, but I'd say the dialogue just squeaks it. I wonder if the computer sequence was deliberately long to cut the actors' screentime and fees?
Given that it's from 1991, I suspect that the hacking sequence was the most expensive part of the whole thing, so I can see why they might want to get their money's worth, which would explain the relative length of that bit.
